What trips do you offer? We offer reef snorkeling, sandbar adventures, sunset cruises, custom charters, and full‑day Dry Tortugas trips.

How long are the trips? We offer half‑day, full‑day, and custom‑length charters. Dry Tortugas trips are full‑day experiences.

Can we customize our itinerary? Absolutely. Your day is built around what you want — snorkeling, sandbars, island hopping, bar stops, wildlife viewing, or a mix of everything.

 

What’s Included

What’s included in the charter? Snorkel gear, cooler with ice, freshwater rinse, premium sound system, shaded seating, and a knowledgeable captain.

Can we bring our own food and drinks? Yes. Bring anything you’d like — snacks, lunch, drinks, alcohol, etc. We’ll keep everything cold.

Is snorkeling gear provided? Yes. High‑quality masks and snorkels are provided.

 

Dry Tortugas

Do you offer private Dry Tortugas trips? Yes. Conchraband provides private, high‑speed charters to Dry Tortugas National Park for up to 12 guests.

How long is the Dry Tortugas trip? It’s a full‑day adventure, giving you time to explore Fort Jefferson, snorkel, and enjoy the beaches.

Is there anything special we need to bring? Sun protection, towels, lunch, drinks, and anything you’d like for a full day offshore.

 

What to Bring

What should we bring on our trip? Towels, sunscreen, sunglasses, swimsuits, drinks, snacks, and a sense of adventure.

Can we bring coolers? You can, but we provide a large cooler with ice, so most guests don’t need to.

 

Weather & Conditions

What happens if the weather is bad? Safety comes first. If conditions aren’t suitable, we’ll reschedule or refund your trip depending on availability.

Is the boat stable in choppy water? Yes. The 37’ Midnight Express is known for its smooth, stable ride even in less‑than‑perfect conditions.

 

Booking & Policies

How do we book a charter? Contact us directly to reserve your date. Early booking is recommended, especially during peak season.

What is your cancellation policy?

• Cancel 24 hours or more before your trip → Full refund

• Cancel within 24 hours → 50% charge

• No‑show → Full price

• Late arrival → You’ll receive your full trip length if no charter is scheduled after yours. If another trip follows, your charter will end at the originally scheduled time.

Do you require a deposit? Yes, a deposit secures your date. The remaining balance is due before departure.

 

Safety

Are captains licensed? Yes. Your captain is fully licensed, experienced, and trained in local waters and safety procedures.

Are life jackets provided? Yes, we carry all required safety equipment for adults and children.
